How far in advance should I reserve my event?
We suggest that you begin planning your event as soon as you know your event date. 
When is the deposit due?
Deposits are required to guarantee your date. Deposit/credits are non-refundable. Normal deposit terms are applied to final event balance.
When is our final passenger count and payment due?
Final passenger counts and final payment are due 7 days prior to your event.
What payment options do I have?
Payments may be made by cash, money order or credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Are MN Sales taxes included?
Minnesota sales tax is included on all menu items.
Is there a service charge included?
An 18% Service charge will be added to all menu items.
Weather policy
The Magnolia Blossom is equipped to sail rain or shine. In the case of severe weather conditions, the boat may remain dockside for portions of the event. We assume no responsibility for circumstances that arise due to weather related. No adjustments will be made to cancellation policy due to weather.
Can I customize the cruise to meet my needs?
Magnolia Blossom will work with you on every detail of your event, from menus to decorations.
Can we provide our own food or work with an outside catering service?
Sorry, we cannot accommodate outside catering services. Please let us know how we may accommodate your special needs.
Are there vegetarian options available?
Yes we will be happy to prepare a vegetarian option at no extra charge. Please include your request at or before the food guarantee cut off.
Can I bring my own cake/dessert aboard for my event?
There is a charge of $.75 per person if you choose to bring on your own cake/dessert. We will supply plates, forks and napkins & service.
Are outside alcoholic beverages allowed?
No. Minnesota State Law forbids us from allowing any outside alcoholic beverages
Can we bring our own decorations?
Yes! Decorations are allowed with the exception of confetti, glitter and candles. Decorations must be put up and taken down in your rental time. Set –up time and vendor deliveries have 1 hour prior to your event. No items shall be fixed to walls or ceiling without written approval. 
What kind of music entertainment can we have on the boat?
We welcome band or DJs.
Handicap accessibility?
Magnolia blossom is Handicap Accessible as determined by state law. Please consult your event planner about restrictions and how our staff can accommodate your special needs.
Is smoking permitted?
Smoking is permitted on outside decks only.
